    There is Multi-player replays. How do you think people are shout-casting it o.O?

    Privacy still exists, just don’t give out your Battle.net email, it’s really that easy…

    LAN, it’s iffy, I think they should have left that in, but very few games do LAN nowadays on the PC.

    Chat Rooms, I actually agree, they should have included the old Channel style, it was great to meet new people or have a hub for people to go to. Here’s hoping to a patch.

    Did SC1 have tournament support? Because if I recall, it didn’t… and the Replay feature in SC2 is more versatile and informative…

    @anony
    Yes i do want to play on LAN. Why does that make me a moron?
    I also want to be able to play when i don’t have an internet connection, is that such an idiot thought?
    The funny thing is when you have a pirated version an internet connection is not required, so instead of fighting against piracy they actually made me download the game instead of buying it.

    I have 5 friends with legit copies of Brood War and we LAN game all the time because it’s fun to play in the same room, but nobody amongst us has a decent enough connection to host us all playing from one location through battle.net. We will not be getting SC2 until this problem is fixed (ue getting a faster connection or blizzard waking up to what a sizable chunk the community wants)

    I have to agree with Ragnark and TheDM… LANing SC1 was extremely fun. I come from South Africa, where we have the highest telephone rates in the world, and internet is very expensive. Not everyone (like me) can afford the internet. All new games NEED the internet to play single player, which I think is a bunch of BS! SC2 is an awesome game, but to pay R550 (about us$55) for the game PLUS R400 (about us$40) a month is quite alot for us here in SA, and I personaly simply can’t afford it… The only dissapointment I have so far with SC2 is the internet thingy and the fact that there’s no LAN… Great job otherwise, Blizzard!
