    This one's pretty simple.  Rush out two marines keep them at your mineral line and it's GG. Scout out your opponent and figure out they are reaper rushing (early refineries tech lab barracks) if you are protoss get out a cannon or a stalker, zerg well... You should be able to out rush him.     A few folks have asked about the best way to do a 1v1 compstomp.  Here's a few thoughts.  Feel free to comment with any others. If you're on a map like steppes of war, just use a cannon rush. At the beginning send a probe to their base, build in fog get forge then cannon, then gateway for a couple zealots and bunny hop cannons to their mineral line.     Here's one for beating the level on hard: I had the siege tanks upgraded all the way, and killed off the air units. I found that, if you got rid of the AIR, then you can use TONS of siege tanks...and just use bunkers mostly as walls....constantly have 4-5 SCV's repairing the bunkers, a couple medics if you desire to heal them, and just constantly keep pumping siege tanks.     Usually an easy MU. Get two raxes with the tech upgrade and mass produce Marauders. Once you start pumping Marauders do the dual medivac tech. If the toss has tried to contain or push you then defend and/or push out.     One should always upgrade to orbital command when they hit 16 SCVs. The economy recovers really fast with the MULE and begins to exceed a pure SCV econ.  This is a popular strat among many b.net players.     Many wonder if the extra clicking involved in moving scvs to different mineral patches is worth it.  The answer? The most minerals per worker is around 2 per mineral patch. Your income maxes out at around 2.5 workers per mineral patch, more then that and you are just wasting supply.  So if you have more then 2 workers per mineral patch you should move some to your expansion.
