For years now, Starcraft players have complained about players from other regions playing on North American servers (West more often than not). This was criticized as leading to teammates not speaking a common language, and pings being particularily high. Blizzard avoids 18+ rating in Korea

Blizzard Entertainment has announced that they earned a 12+ rating in Korea, and that unlike World Of Warcraft, that in game content would not be sold in SC2. All in all, some pretty good news.... more. -
