In only a few days time, the value of an SC2 Beta key has plummeted from $80 to $30 last week, to an average of $10 today.  Beta keys are increasingly becoming common leading to a significant devalue of a Starcraft 2 key.... more.

Blizzard recently resubmitted an updated version of the Starcraft 2 Beta to the South Korean ratings board, hoping that their previous rating of 'over-15' would be dropped to 'over-12'.  Instead, the ratings board gave the game an 18+ designation, preventing children of any age from purchasing the game. Changing races in the beta is easy, once in game simply press F10 (to open the menu) and click restart from within the game.  You will be given a different race. Here's a Starcraft video showing how to do it.... more.

A number of people have emailed asking if the lazylauncher being used to run saved games, beta games, and other SC2 files is a virus or backdoor. It is not.  Some (older) antivirus programs give off a false-positive on the file.... more.
